Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All Melo’s Shop orders have a processing time of 2–3 business days before shipping. This allows us to properly prepare your order and, if an item is not available at our physical store, receive it from our warehouse before shipping.

The delivery time for your selected shipping method begins AFTER your order has been processed and shipped.

For example, if you select Next Day / Express Shipping, your package will arrive the next business day after it has been shipped, not the day after you place your order.

We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days
